Attorney Kate Lincoln-Goldfinch mocked the brutal and political assassination of Charlie Kirk in a now-deleted X post.
“How do you resist getting shot in the neck? Does Charlie Kirk have any advice on that?” she said at that time.
Executive Producer of the ‘Charlie Kirk Show’ Andrew Kolvet posted the since-deleted post saying that Lincoln-Golfinch is “exactly how you’d imagine her.”

Conservative Commentator Gunther Eagleman also blasted Lincoln-Goldfinch on X.
“She represents a man shot resisting federal officers, then jokes about Charlie Kirk catching one in the neck. That is not lawyering. That is cheering political violence,” Eagleman said.
“Remember her name. This is who they put on the case. America is done pretending these people are just professionals.”
