U.S. Rep. Omar Ilham (D-Minn.) has got to be as nervous as a cat in a roomful of rocking chairs over the federal investigation into potential immigration-related fraud, and the recent confessions of an advisor to Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey are certainly not helping matters.
Joe Radinovich, who served as Frey’s campaign manager before taking on the role of advisor, took to X to comment on the “long-disputed marriage” involving Omar’s alleged brother.
“Democrats should understand that the allegation is almost certainly true—whatever conclusion they draw from that point could vary—and her denials calling it a right-wing, Islamophobic or racist conspiracy are almost certainly not,” Radinovich posted, before adding a remark about Omar’s finances.
“And then I’d be very, very careful about how I qualified on allegations around her finances—where her defense looks similar and where no meaningful questions have been answered publicly, and where any objective look at the evidence doesn’t look…great,” he wrote.

Earlier this year, Omar reported household assets between $6 million and $30 million in a congressional financial disclosure, only to later amend the report to a range of $18,004 to $95,000.
When Omar’s operation director objected to the probe “as a baseless and manufactured witch hunt,” informing Radinovich that he wasn’t stupid, he doubled down: “You’re right. I’m not stupid. I believe the Trump DOJ has next to no credibility and that it’s unclear to me the timing of the raid was appropriate—though it’s notable a DC judge signed off on it—but I’m pretty confident this specific allegation is true.”

And then tripled down:
@BrianaRoseLee Vibes is what it would take to believe her at this point. There’s plenty of evidence and sourcing available if you don’t dismiss it out of hand.

It’s fair to suggest that Radinovich might be “in the know,” given how his vote-chasing boss has willfully prostrated himself before the local Somali community. Not that it means much, given that Omar has the best lawyers money can buy — whose money is a whole other matter — and a legal system full of politically motivated left-wing activist judges.
Here’s a quick sampling of responses to the story, to include a prediction from Frey’s advisor, as seen on X:
@Badgers89_ Going to need more than “that’s absurd” given the mounting evidence in support of the allegation. The other interesting thing about this allegation is that it’s more empirically provable than just about any other type of allegation, so I suspect we won’t have much to debate soon.

She is a nasty human being. Cruel to people in her own party that hold different views or support different candidates than she does. It would be good for Minnesota to be rid of her. Look how nasty her minions are (DSA). Anyone going against Omar gets highly personal harassment.

It won’t matter as long as the person opposing her is Donald Trump. He could say that 1+1=2 and Dems would argue against him. They might “understand” but they won’t act like it means anything.

Notice the people rage tweeting at you never have arguments for why it’s not true?

Boasberg is the new judge. She will get off
