President Trump once again transparently took on the hostile media and didn’t hold back.
Trump reamed a “dummy” CNN reporter and eviscerated a “stupid” ABC News journo during a testy exchange covering lifted Russia sanctions and the release of an American citizen who was apprehended by Russia during the Biden regime.
The heated interactions followed Trump’s presser where he explained the release of a retired Michigan teacher who was facing years in Russian prison for alleged “mercenary” charges.
“If we did what these foolish people wanted me to do, he would NOT be coming out right now! He’d be there for another 20 years!” Trump said of those who criticized his lifting of sanctions against Russia.
“Let’s say we did what a lot of stupid people wanted me to do. A lot of really stupid people. I took a lot of heat. ‘Well, why don’t you do this?’ They didn’t even know what it was!”

Following his announcement, Trump was questioned by reporters and unleashed on CNN and ABC.
NOW: “You’re a stupid person. And by the way, your network is the worst of all.”
President Trump goes after an ABC News reporter questioning whether easing sanctions on Russia to secure an American prisoner’s release amounts to giving Moscow something in return.
The tense back-and-forth comes after Trump insisted the U.S. “gave nothing” for Hubbard’s release.

In another clip, Trump reamed a “low IQ” CNN reporter for questioning his decision to delay Russian sanctions. “You’re a dummy,” he said.

Trump argues that imposing sanctions during the negotiations would have immediately jeopardized Hubbard’s release.
