Billions in Medicaid dollars for California and Minnesota placed on hold, while California has spent $10 Billion on unlawful recipients of Obama Care.

Costs go up when there is vast and pervasive fraud.

These are dollars that could be kept by working families who instead have handed them in taxes to the government who then hand them to fraudsters.

Many of whom are Illegal Aliens. Illegal Aliens who drive up housing costs.

Dr. Mehmet Oz has been relentless in identifying and ending or deferring these fraudulent payments.

““If it smells like fraud, we are not paying for it anymore,” CMS Administrator Mehmet Oz said during a Tuesday event announcing the deferrals.

The agency is deferring $867 million in Medicaid funding to California and $199 million to Minnesota for claims the states spent in the previous quarter. Oz said the money could be unlocked, but only if the states can prove it was used for legitimate services.”

Minnesota may have been where the revelations of massive fraud started, thanks to Nick Shirley, but California seems to be the Gold Rush center of gravity for fraud.

$10 Billion Dollars were squandered through ineligible and unlawful recipients of the Affordable Care Act (i.e. Obama Care). If you’ve tried to sign yourself or a love one up for Obama Care you know the painful and tortured bureaucracy of the process, but many have learned how to do this to receive free stuff from the government.

Many of these recipients have been Illegal Aliens. Illegal Aliens who drive up housing costs, fuel costs, and food costs (they are in line using your money to pay for the same items).
