Iran is not doing itself any favors with a recent propaganda video threatening President Donald Trump’s family.
Iran’s Tasnim News Agency, an IRGC-linked institution, aired a video clip titled “How to Kill Melania Trump” on Monday. It is similar in nature to the one published about the president himself, and claims to indicate the first lady’s routine activity in New York as well as the names of locations she frequents. But given the country’s history of propaganda, it is unclear whether this is a genuine threat or yet another absurd attempt to get under the president’s skin as the war continues.
The clip reportedly ends with an additional threat against Barron Trump, the 20-year-old son of Melania and Donald Trump.
“This is just the beginning. Barron Trump, wait for us,” it reads.

Appeasing a regime that sponsors terrorism doesn’t create peace. It creates deterrence failure and projects American weakness. The Islamic Republic has made its intentions clear. Washington should stop pretending otherwise,” Orouji added.
