Russia has reportedly hit Ukraine’s Kyiv region with an Oreshnik missile, which is a hypersonic MIRV (multiple independent re-entry vehicle) and nuclear capable. The attack comes as a response to Ukraine’s strike of a college student facility in Luhansk that killed at least 18 youth.
The number of fatalities at the college in Starobilsk has increased to 21, and the search operations have been completed, the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
