‘This isn’t funny’: NJ to pull threatening Trump license plate after approval LAST YEAR

A vulgar license plate seemingly targeting President Trump is being pulled after a year of going under the radar.

The New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission is recalling the plate that reads “FDT 8647,” which allegedly slipped through the cracks over a year ago.

A photo of the plate on a Subaru Outback was shared on the X account Wake Up New Jersey:

The NJ DMV regularly rejects vanity plates for “political vulgarity or coded insults,” but this one was approved in April 2025, NJ.com reported.

The term “8647” was used by former FBI director James Comey in a now-infamous social media post. Comey has been indicted under the premise that the code is widely known to be referenced in killing or eliminating something or someone.

Later, Wake Up New Jersey posted a video questioning if the approval of the plate was truly an error and asked, “Where are we at as a society, where this is ok?”

Despite three known assassination attempts on President Trump’s life, the violent rhetoric against him doesn’t appear to be slowing down anytime soon. Star Wars actor Mark Hamill recently deleted a fresh post depicting Trump in a grave after backlash.

News of the vulgar New Jersey license plate also drew plenty of spirited reaction on X:

Ha, ha, ha.
