The election integrity “thing that never happens happened” again in New Jersey, where a plea deal appeared to sweep the worst offenses under the rug.
While Democrats and their RINO enablers continued to obstruct passage of the SAVE America Act to implement voter ID policies and prevent illegal aliens from violating the integrity of elections, another case of alleged fraud ended with a guilty plea to a felony.
However, former Plainfield, New Jersey Democratic mayoral candidate Henrilynn Ibezim is merely being recommended for probation after his deal only related to one count of forgery, following initial allegations of bringing a garbage bag full of falsified voter registration applications to a post office with the intent to mail them to the Union County Commissioner of Registration.

A press release from New Jersey Attorney General Jennifer Davenport’s (D) office included a statement from the official nominated by New Jersey Gov. Mikie Sherrill (D) that read, “My office is determined to ensure elections are fair and that their outcomes are determined by the will of the voters.”
“It is crucial to our system of government that those who engage in illegal and bad faith conduct during elections be held accountable,” added Davenport. “Failing to do so opens the door to a loss of public confidence in the democratic process.”
The press release detailed, “The defendant admitted to count five of the indictment against him, charging him with one count of third-degree felony.”
“Under the terms of his plea agreement with the Attorney General’s Office of Public Integrity and Accountability (OPIA), the State agreed to dismiss the remaining counts in the indictment and to not prosecute the defendant for any other disclosed criminal violations arising out of his conduct during the Democratic primary for mayor in June 2021,” the office further explained. “Prosecutors will recommend that Ibezim be sentenced to a term of probation to be set by the court at sentencing, which is scheduled for June 18, 2026.”
The felony charge accepted in the plea deal was for third-degree forgery, whereas the dropped charges included election fraud and witness tampering, as Ibezim was alleged to have advised a witness not to “admit anything.”
As corporate media and leftists have adamantly denied or downplayed election integrity concerns as non-existent or insignificant, cases have continued to crop up with alleged wrongdoing by officials or even illegal aliens accused of voting in presidential elections.
In the case of the Plainfield, NJ, June election, the nearly 1,000 registration applications represented roughly 20% of the total vote in the 2021 Democratic primary, where Adrian Mapp secured the win with 2,309 votes, followed by Richard Wyatt, Jr. with 2,040, and Sean McKenna with 601. Ibezim received only 103 votes.
While the plea agreement kept an election fraud conviction out of the headlines, reactions on social media showed users to be more than a little fed up with feckless politicians standing in the way of truly safe and secure, free and fair elections.
They have to cheat. They absolutely have to cheat if they want to win, and after they cheat, they lie about having cheated. Even with all of this mounting evidence against them, the democrats claim that their opposition is the one cheating.
