Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin responded to the shooting at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner (WHCD) by shaming left-wingers over their deplorable rhetoric.
In an Instagram Story, Palin specifically targeted model Chrissy Teigen over an inflammatory old tweet she’d published years ago to X, formerly known as Twitter.
“Listen, I don’t want much from Sarah Palin,” Teigen wrote in the resurfaced tweet from the early 2010s. “I just want her to admit partial fault, then shoot herself in the face. Is that wrong?”
While Teigen did eventually apologize for the tweet years ago, Palin decided to make an example of her amid the chorus of hateful rhetoric from the modern left.
“Who hurt you?” she wrote in a post that contained a screenshot of Teigen’s tweet.
In an additional post, she explained her position:

“See, when celebrities wield their platforms to wish ill upon others, they don’t just tarnish one life — they poison the collective spirit of the world,” Palin wrote in the post. “Such cruelty spreads like digital wildfire, breeding division & hate, for all fleeting clout that serves no real purpose.”
“Our world’s already heavy with negativity, so wishing harm is not only unnecessary, it’s a profound waste of influence that could instead uplift, heal, and unite.”
Taking to X/Twitter, Palin highlighted additional examples of depraved leftist rhetoric:
Left’s takeaway and deflection from the viral post is: “Palin’s point about liberals’ threats and dangerous, hateful rhetoric is irrelevant because, well, this leftist celebrity didn’t say ‘shoot her in the face’ TODAY.”

“Want to see my DAILY feed to grasp how mean-spirited and threatening hate-filled hypocrites can be, as they point sanctimonious fingers after the WHCD shooting?” she wrote in the post.
“The rhetoric is free to be spoken – I’ll defend your First Amendment right to spew it – but from calling innocent children hurtful names all the way up to the death threats, it’s all poisonous, dark, and UNNECESSARY,” she added.
Palin’s fierce calling out of leftists comes amid wider fallout from the WHCD shooting by a deranged leftist with a history of spouting talking points straight from the mouths of Democrats.
Fox News host Greg Gutfeld addressed this very topic on Fox News’ “Gutfeld!” this Tuesday by accusing the shooter of hearing voices.
“This guy did hear voices. They were Tim Walz’s, they were Ted Lieu’s, they were Brandon Johnson’s, they were CNN’s, they were The View, they were MS NOW,” Gutfeld argued. “I think this is a helpful assassination attempt because it is the first one to show that you can be radicalized by liberal smugness.”
“If you read his [social media] posts and if you read his manifesto, it sounds like every smarmy, sanctimonious, self-satisfied pronouncement from an asshole like Brandon Johnson, like Walz, like Lieu, the people who think they know better than you. This guy was not a crank,” he added.

Greg Gutfeld just delivered the single most succinct and cutting indictment of the leftwing media’s complicity in Saturday’s WHCD attack:

Gutfeld went so far as to accuse the shooter of “just following orders” from the Democrat Party.
“He was operating on a filter that said Trump was Hitler, and therefore it would be immoral if you didn’t take Hitler out,” the Fox News host explained, referencing the countless times Democrats have referred to President Trump as if he were deceased Nazi dictator Adolf Hitler.
All this comes amid a left-wing activist in Wisconsin offering a free-beer special from his brewery for the day President Trump dies.
“Hateful rhetoric and speech are despicable,” Caroline Clancy, a spokesperson for the FBI’s Milwaukee office, told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. “Threats of violence or terrorism will be investigated by the FBI, and the public is encouraged to report any threats of violence.”

Left’s takeaway and deflection from the viral post is: “Palin’s point about liberals’ threats and dangerous, hateful rhetoric is irrelevant because, well, this leftist celebrity didn’t say ‘shoot her in the face’ TODAY.”
