President Donald Trump may be hopping around the country for rallies ahead of the midterms, but that doesn\u2019t mean he\u2019s forgotten about his favorite haters.<\/p>\n

During the president\u2019s stop in Daytona Beach, Florida, he took the time to jab actor Robert De Niro before revealing people in Hollywood are begging him for tax credits to save their \u201cdying\u201d industry.<\/p>\n

He started by talking about his show, \u2018The Apprentice,\u2019 saying it \u201cbeat what used to be a great show, the Academy Awards,\u201d which now \u201csucks because people get up and use foul language about your favorite president.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cBy the way, is Robert De Niro a moron? He\u2019s a moron,\u201d he said, likely referring to the actor\u2019s Tony Awards speech, which was used to bash the president.<\/p>\n

\u201cNo, there\u2019s something wrong with him. I used to sort of like him or something, but now I can\u2019t even watch him. He\u2019s like gross. Then he goes into the comedies. He\u2019s no good for comedies. Maybe somebody should tell him, but he\u2019s terrible,\u201d Trump added. \u201cSince he and a couple of the other losers out there- it\u2019s a funny thing, and now they\u2019re all calling me, kissing my ass. They want tax credits for Hollywood because Hollywood\u2019s dying now, and other countries are taking it away.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201c\u2018Sir, can we please meet you?\u2019 And guys who have been saying bad crap about me for years are sitting there in my office like \u2018Sir, it\u2019s a great honor to be with you, sir,’\u201d he mocked. \u201cSee the great thing about the internet is that all you do is press a button, and it tells you everything they\u2019ve said for the last 20 years. No, it\u2019s amazing, now they want tax credits because their industry is dying in this country. And I\u2019ll probably do it. Should I do it? Probably.\u201d<\/p>\n
