A journalist from New Hampshire is speaking out about being blocked from covering a Kamala Harris event.<\/p>\n

New Hampshire Journal reporter Leonard Robinson published a thread on X, in which he revealed the rejection he received, despite being welcomed at previous Democratic events.<\/p>\n

He noted that he had RSVP\u2019d to the Harris event the night before, but was told his name was not on the list of people being allowed in.<\/p>\n

He claims that someone told him the event was at \u201ccapacity,\u201d but he witnessed a photographer who \u201cwas not on the list\u201d be allowed in.<\/p>\n

Speaking to Fox News Digital<\/a>, Robinson expressed his disappointment in how he was treated.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe reception that I\u2019ve gotten at past Democrat events from activists, from staff has mostly been positive\u2026 which is what makes this situation so disappointing,\u201d he said, adding, \u201cWhy are [New Hampshire Democrats] afraid for her to talk to me? <\/i>I think that\u2019s the real question that\u2019s gotta be answered here.\u201d<\/p>\n

NH Journal managing editor Michael Graham issued a statement to the outlet:<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is a rare occasion for them to literally force Leonard out of, or one of us out of the event. And given Vice President Kamala Harris and her potential hopes to make history, it was really unfortunate that they would keep [out] a reporter from an award-winning member of the New Hampshire Press Association.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

New Hampshire Journal is billed as one of the state\u2019s only \u201cright of center\u201d publications, but New Hampshire Democratic Party Chair Raymond Buckley slammed it as \u201ca partisan right wing site created to smear Democrats\u201d in an X comment.<\/p>\n
