All four lawyers interviewed call the situation unprecedented.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>&#8220;This is an extremely serious, critical situation,&#8221; said Priscilla Sodr\u00e9 Pereira, an electoral lawyer.
