Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz made a bombshell prediction about the \u201cdeep trouble\u201d facing Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.)<\/p>\n

The professor emeritus, who shared his thoughts in an appearance on Newsmax\u2019s \u201cThe Record with Greta Van Susteren,\u201d expressed his belief that the \u201cSquad\u201d member will likely be deported back to her birth country of Somalia amid the federal investigation and FBI raid on Omar\u2019s home.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe congresswoman says that she is a naturalized citizen\u2026became one because, as a juvenile, that her parent \u2014 her father became a naturalized citizen. That paperwork has not been found,\u201d Van Susteren said. \u201cAssuming that that paperwork is never found, what happens? And what does Congress do about her?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWell, they have to prove \u2014 to have denaturalization, you have to prove fraud. That she got her original naturalization papers through fraud, either her own fraud or her father\u2019s fraud that she was complicit with,\u201d Dershowitz replied.<\/p>\n

\u201cNow, she, when she made the statement recently, makes the strongest case for why she\u2019s probably in deep trouble. I have a lot of experience with search warrants, and usually they\u2019re issued pretty easily, but not against a sitting congresswoman in her home in the District of Columbia,\u201d he continued.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think for this judge to have signed off on a search warrant to go to the house early in the morning to do all the things she said they did, there has to be very substantial evidence beyond just a mere probable cause claim that maybe a crime was committed,\u201d Dershowitz said.\u00a0 \u201cSo, I think she\u2019s in much, much deeper trouble than she is willing to admit.\u201d<\/p>\n

He also took note of Omar\u2019s recent response of \u201cNot to my knowledge\u201d when asked by MS NOW\u2019s Chris Hayes if she was \u201cmarried to her brother.\u201d<\/p>\n

OMAR IS NOT HER REAL NAME.<\/p>\n

When she was asked directly whether she\u2019s related to Ahmed Elmi, she said: \u201cNot to my knowledge\u201d \"\ud83e\udd21\"<\/p>\n

She must forfeit her seat.<\/p>\n
