A man attempted, but thankfully failed, to use ICE as his scapegoat in the murder of his wife.<\/p>\n

Gurinder Gill told police that his wife was abducted by ICE agents when she went to get the mail. \u201cJasmine Gill was last seen at her Sacramento residence on Sept. 30 and was reported missing by a family member on Oct. 4,\u201d KTLA reported.<\/p>\n

ICE told police it did not know Gill or anything about her disappearance as investigators \u201cidentified several inconsistencies\u201d in the husband\u2019s story.<\/p>\n

The burned remains of Jasmine Gil were discovered in El Dorado County upon further investigation, and Gurinder was arrested on a murder charge on October 14 and is ineligible for bail, KTLA reported.<\/p>\n
