President Trump once again transparently took on the hostile media and didn\u2019t hold back.<\/p>\n

Trump reamed a \u201cdummy\u201d CNN reporter and eviscerated a \u201cstupid\u201d ABC News journo during a testy exchange covering lifted Russia sanctions and the release of an American citizen who was apprehended by Russia during the Biden regime.<\/p>\n

The heated interactions followed Trump\u2019s presser where he explained the release of a retired Michigan teacher who was facing years in Russian prison for alleged \u201cmercenary\u201d charges.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf we did what these foolish people wanted me to do, he would NOT be coming out right now! He\u2019d be there for another 20 years!\u201d Trump said of those who criticized his lifting of sanctions against Russia.<\/p>\n

\u201cLet\u2019s say we did what a lot of stupid people wanted me to do. A lot of really stupid people. I took a lot of heat. \u2018Well, why don\u2019t you do this?\u2019 They didn\u2019t even know what it was!\u201d<\/p>\n

The hawks wanted more sanctions. Trump sent Witkoff to Putin and pushed for peace instead!<\/p>\n

Trump knows what he\u2019s doing.<\/p>\n

Maybe just lay off and let him cook.<\/p>\n

Following his announcement, Trump was questioned by reporters and unleashed on CNN and ABC.<\/p>\n

President Trump goes after an ABC News reporter questioning whether easing sanctions on Russia to secure an American prisoner\u2019s release amounts to giving Moscow something in return.<\/p>\n

The tense back-and-forth comes after Trump insisted the U.S. \u201cgave nothing\u201d for Hubbard\u2019s release.<\/p>\n
