President Donald Trump took to Truth Social to assuage concerns over Iran receiving help from Russia and China.<\/p>\n

In a late-night Monday post, the president claimed that the \u201cradical left\u201d is wrong to think that Iran is receiving meaningful assistance from America\u2019s adversaries. He also reminded people that both countries stand to lose a lot by aligning themselves with the Middle Eastern country.<\/p>\n

The speculation comes amid reports<\/a> that \u201cRussian President Vladimir Putin has told Donald Trump about Iran\u2019s position on a possible Mideast peace deal.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to\u00a0AFP<\/em>, the Kremlin \u201csaid Tehran\u2019s stance was relayed in a phone call held between the two leaders on Friday. It did not say how Trump responded, nor elaborate on Iran\u2019s position.\u201d Also worth noting, the article reports that \u201cPutin met Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian on the sidelines of a summit in Turkmenistan earlier this week, where the Russian leader expressed an interest in helping broker peace.\u201d<\/p>\n

On Friday, the president revealed that a \u201chighly successful discussion\u201d resulted in the decision to purchase diesel fuel from Russia despite existing sanctions. It is hoped that this purchase will help lower the skyrocketing prices that are putting strain on trucking companies and other businesses.<\/p>\n

Trump made the announcement on Truth Social last week:<\/p>\n

I have just concluded a highly successful discussion with President Vladimir Putin, of Russia, wherein it was agreed that Russia will immediately supply over 300,000 Tons of Diesel Fuel to the American and Global Marketplace, another 500,000 Tons during the month of November, and 1,000,000 Tons immediately thereafter. Additionally, based on the condition of their Diesel Refineries, Russia will then deliver, within a short period of time, 3,000,000 Tons of Diesel Fuel. Between our TOTAL CONTROL of the Strait of Hormuz, and this great announcement on Russian Energy, Diesel Prices for Americans and, indeed, the World, will be COMING DOWN, IN RECORD NUMBERS, AND FAST!
