The American internet decided it was racist. The rest of the world said \u201cstop looking at everything through racism colored glasses,\u201d \u201cthe whole world doesn\u2019t revolve around you, sheesh.\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/pr3Y5G9j0M\">pic.twitter.com\/pr3Y5G9j0M<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Libby Emmons (@libbyemmons) <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/libbyemmons\/status\/2101300838421450792?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">September 19, 2026<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Somehow, black people en masse saw someone being lynched in the ad above. How did they see that in such an innocuous ad? Well, many argue that when you center your entire life around grievances, it\u2019s easy to see things that aren\u2019t really there.<\/p>\n<p>Democrats also fell for the hoax hook, line, and sinker.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNike and Converse, what the hell were you thinking?\u201d Rep. Troy Carter, a black Democrat, whined in an angry social media post. \u201cYour campaign shows what looks like a hooded Klansman, framed by what appears to be the dangling feet of a lynching victim.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere is nothing creative or artistic about it,\u201d he continued, raging. \u201cIt is racist, reckless and deeply offensive.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sadly, Converse decided to bow down to the mob instead of standing tall.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re sorry,\u201d the extremely pathetic company said in a statement. \u201cWe understand why this image is deeply upsetting and recognize that we got this wrong. We removed it from our channels and are working to remove it everywhere it appeared. This should not have happened, and we will do better.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Yet even after bowing to the idiot mob, Converse continues to be attacked, including by CBS News:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Sneaker company Converse has pulled an ad that was criticized for evoking racist imagery.<\/p>\n<p>Marketing experts and social justice advocates panned the ad as culturally insensitive, with some critics speculating that the spot may have been intentionally crafted to draw attention by\u2026 <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/2Ubs9JXuEO\">pic.twitter.com\/2Ubs9JXuEO<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 CBS News (@CBSNews) <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/CBSNews\/status\/2102466256360087818?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">September 22, 2026<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>In the absolutely ridiculous \u201cnews report\u201d above, CBS News suggested that Converse purposefully made its non-racist ad look racist to race-obsessed black people as a marketing strategy. Yeah, sure thing \u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCritics are saying that perhaps Converse shared the ad intentionally almost knowing that it would get attention and rage bait people,\u201d the supposed reporter in the video above said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCBS News spoke to Nadine Smith,\u201d the woman continued. \u201cShe is the CEO of Color of Change, which is a racial justice organization. She said that it\u2019s a strategy in this attention economy to share these kind of controversial images.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>FYI, Color of Change is a veritable <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/tech\/2019\/05\/01\/financial-blacklisting-activists-pressure-mastercard-stockholders-to-censor-far-right\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">leftist hate group<\/a> with a history of pressuring credit card companies to cut off right-wingers from their services.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cColor of Change\u201d is also at least partly responsible for the cancellation of the popular show \u201cCOPS,\u201d which the group <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/entertainment\/2013\/03\/20\/color-change-cancel-cops\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">claimed<\/a> dehumanized, you know, black thieves, rapists, murderers, and other heroes of the community.<\/p>\n<p>CBS conveniently neglected to mention any of this.<\/p>\n<p>The network moved on to quoting another race-obsessed \u201cexpert.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo another expert, Marcus Collins, who works for the Michigan Roth School of Business, says that he doesn\u2019t think Converse\u2019s marketing team did this to cause offense, but intention does matter, and he thinks that the brand\u2019s apology was not equal to the amount of anguish people responded to the ad with,\u201d the woman in the video said.<\/p>\n<p>Yes, the \u201canguish\u201d caused by a fake controversy ginned up by race-obsessed weirdos who still think they\u2019re living in the 1860s.
