CNN found out the hard way that President Donald Trump wasn\u2019t kidding about banning them from the White House.<\/p>\n

After vowing to ban CNN, MS NOW and Politico from the White House, Trump seems to have kept his word. As BizPac Review previously reported<\/a>, MS NOW said that they had been barred from accessing the grounds, and now the same appears to have happened to CNN\u2019s reporters.<\/p>\n

The outlet released a statement Saturday morning, vowing to continue reporting on the Trump administration regardless of whether they are granted access to the White House.<\/p>\n

CNN\u2019s mission to report on the U.S. government will continue regardless of any attempts to restrict physical access to the White House and other government buildings, or any other attempts to impede our journalism,\u201d they wrote. \u201cWe have a right under the U.S. Constitution to do our reporting without hindrance or interference from the government and this ban is an illegal assault on this fundamental right.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWe will not be deflected from our duty to hold the government and other public bodies to account, and we will continue to report on the actions and processes of this administration without fear or favor,\u201d the statement continued. \u201cCNN stands fully behind our White House team.\u201d<\/p>\n

CNN Senior White House reporter Betsy Klein revealed the moment she tried to do her job, only to realize her credentials had been deactivated.<\/p>\n
