Hunter Biden is back with more tea from former President Joe Biden\u2019s White House, including his father\u2019s relationship with his vice president.<\/p>\n

Leading up to and during the 2024 presidential race, the relationship between former Vice President Kamala Harris and the president was presented as very close, almost familial. Now we know that there were deep problems between the two, and the former first son confirmed that not everything in the Biden White House was sunshine and rainbows.<\/p>\n

Sitting down with Zeteo Editor-in-Chief Mehdi Hasan, he revealed that Harris was not \u201cloyal to a fault\u201d to Biden.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou said in a recent interview that you think Kamala Harris is \u2018not a very good politician.\u2019 Harris was given only 107 days by your dad to try and win an election,\u201d Hasan started.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd $2 billion,\u201d Hunter added.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe stayed loyal to him throughout. When he told her on the day of the debate against Trump: \u2018No daylight, kid\u2019 between them, she stuck to that. When she went on The View,<\/em> and they said, \u2018What would you have done differently to Joe Biden?\u2019 She said, \u2018Nothing comes to mind. In that moment, I thought she\u2019s going to lose this election; she needs to break with Joe Biden,’\u201d the host continued. \u201cI would argue that cost her the presidency; she refused to break with your dad, stayed loyal with him till the end, cost herself the presidency, and many would say, \u2018 Here you are throwing her under the bus saying she\u2019s not a very good politician.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cOh boy,\u201d the former first son chuckled. \u201cI just think that\u2019s the way that she\u2019s handled it.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cHere\u2019s what I also would like to say about the vice president. I think that the vice president served the country incredibly well, and that she has a deep, rich future in politics. Whether she wants to run for president again, she\u2019ll be one of the, if not the frontrunner,\u201d Biden added.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut she\u2019s not a very good politician?\u201d Hasan asked.<\/p>\n

The conversation turned to loyalty, and Biden explained that he doesn\u2019t necessarily believe that Harris was \u201cloyal to a fault\u201d to his father.<\/p>\n

\u201cWell, maybe from your perspective, but maybe not from mine,\u201d he said to the host.<\/p>\n

\u201cHow is she not loyal to your dad?\u201d Hasan pressed.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s between me and her,\u201d Hunter quipped.<\/p>\n

\u201cLet me just state it exactly clearly. I think that she was loyal to my father, and I don\u2019t think that she was loyal to a fault, however,\u201d he added later.<\/p>\n
