In a Truth Social post on Monday, he suggested that communities would be more prosperous if they abandoned the anti-data center mentality that has sprung up among skeptics.

Look:

“The only reason that communities throughout the U.S.A. should not want Data Centers is if they want to end up being backwards and poor. If they want to be successful and rich, with far lower taxes and jobs all over the place, let Data Reign. The good news is that there are plenty of other places that want them. If we kill the Golden Goose, you will only have yourselves to blame. China could not be happier with this anti Data Center movement. Actually, they can’t believe it is happening!” he wrote.

Lawmakers have been tiptoeing around the issue, careful not to offend the sensibilities of those voters who believe data centers are bad for the environment. According to a National Republican Senatorial Committee memo obtained by Axios, Democrats are making the controversy surrounding data centers a “centerpiece” of their campaign against Sen. Jon Husted (R-Ohio), and Republicans can’t afford to get it wrong.

“If he loses and data centers get the blame, politicians across the country will take notice — and they will not go near the next one. This has become a sleeper issue for the entire election cycle,” the memo explains.

But it appears that the president has no such concerns and is not going to change his message on the topic.

In July, he called the warehouses “one of the biggest driving forces in the future for jobs” and called out New York Governor Kathy Hochul for taking strong action against them.

“One of the biggest Driving Forces in the Future for Jobs, are Data Centers. They are big, strong, bold, and Money Machines for the State in which they are built. Governor Kathy Hochul, for political reasons, has terminated all Data Centers being built, or to be built, in New York State. These Companies are now being sought in Alabama, Florida, Texas, Arizona, and many other States,” he said at the time. “Both the Taxes and the Jobs amount to LIQUID GOLD! New York State has made a terrible decision. All of this Income, and other Benefits, will be going to Red States, and some Blue, where Data Centers are sought as Cash Cows, with Lower Taxes and Record Setting Jobs. They must pay for their own Water and Power, and any leftover goes back to the State and local Community. Data Centers are tremendous WINS for the States and Communities that are lucky enough to get them. New York should change its Policy, IMMEDIATELY. The Radical Left Dumocrats must not be allowed to cause us to lose Data Centers, AI, and all of this incredible new Technology, to China, and other countries!”

President Donald Trump isn’t buying the anti-data center hype, urging communities to accept the warehouses or risk being “backward and poor.” As the United States continues to learn about and develop AI in the hopes of being able to compete with other technologically advanced countries like China, it’s no surprise Trump wants people to be… Continue reading ‘Let Data Reign’: Trump steamrolls data center backlash with a brutally simple warning

[20,23

post-660773","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-economic-empowerment","category-national-security","entry
["GET
