Failed Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton waded into the Lake Ontario name change debate and soon found herself way over her head in ridicule.<\/p>\n

President Donald J. Trump formally changed the name of the Great Lake to \u201cLake America\u201d this week as a reaction to Canada\u2019s decision to engage in a trade war with the United States.<\/p>\n

Nursing a nearly decade-long grudge against Trump over his stunning upset of the heavily favored former secretary of state in the 2016 election, Mrs. Clinton took a shot at the president on her X account, which she once again locked down to stifle critics.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s Lake Ontario,\u201d Clinton wrote.<\/p>\n

In his Thursday executive order, the president directed the Department of the Interior to \u201cupdate the Geographic Names Information System (GNIS) to reflect the renaming of the Lake and remove all references to Lake Ontario from the GNIS, consistent with applicable law.\u201d<\/p>\n

But Hillary disagreed, and X users couldn\u2019t care less. She may have shut off replies, but the quotes were absolutely brutal.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe United States Coast Guard supplies 9 of the 11 ice breaking vessels on the Great Lakes, securing commercial shipping lanes free of charge,\u201d the order reads. \u201cThe United States has invested nearly $4 billion in protecting the Great Lakes freshwater ecosystem in the last decade, while Canada has invested far less in similar initiatives over the same period.\u201d<\/p>\n

Clinton has now wasted the last decade of her life raging against everything that Trump does, an overflowing fountain of bitterness drowning in her own irrelevance.<\/p>\n
