President Trump fumed over the Supreme Court ruling that rebuffed his Executive Orders during the first days of his second term regarding birthright citizenship.<\/p>\n

In part, the Trump administration argues that the policy of birthright citizenship has long been abused by bad actors. So much so that there is ample evidence of birth tourism scams where foreigners travel to the U.S. for the sole purpose of access and the many benefits provided by hard-working taxpayers.<\/p>\n

\n

33,000 children are born in the U.S. every year to birth tourists, some of whom paid thousands of dollars and were coached on how to lie to immigration officers.<\/p>\n

American citizenship is not a product for sale.<\/p>\n

On Wednesday, President Trump blasted SCOTUS\u2019s decisions from February and June that deemed his \u201cLiberation Day\u201d tariffs illegal and refused to amend the U.S. 14th Amendment protecting citizenship for those \u201cborn or naturalized\u201d in the United States.<\/p>\n
