The Republican Party pointed out that using your Olive Garden Never-Ending Pasta Pass required more identification than some states require to vote.<\/p>\n

GOP leaders pushing the SAVE America Act to secure elections in the United States drew the comparison, which has recently gone viral on social media. During a Monday hearing, Rep. Virginia Foxx, R-N.C., noted that you have to show photo ID for your pasta pass to be honored at the Italian eatery.<\/p>\n

\u201cHeck, you even need to present a photo ID to utilize the Olive Garden Never-Ending Pasta Pass,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

Rep. Steve Scalise, R-La., shared the position, saying \u201cyou wanna go to Olive Garden? You gotta show a picture ID. This isn\u2019t complicated stuff.\u201d<\/p>\n

This comes after Olive Garden confirmed that the reintroduction of its Never-Ending Pasta Pass will come with restrictions.<\/p>\n
