Megyn Kelly\u2019s latest response to a \u201cscripted\u201d former first lady \u201cdripping in narcissism\u201d found the commentator calling for her to \u201cf*ck off.\u201d<\/p>\n

Despite elevation to the White House with a first-term senator who\u2019d barely reached the U.S. Capitol before he began campaigning for a promotion, former First Lady Michelle Obama\u2019s roughly two-decade-long time in the national spotlight has been filled with complaints. A recent \u201cartificial\u201d delivery lamenting a fashion focus found an \u201cembarrassed\u201d Kelly asserting, \u201cYou\u2019re not aggrieved.\u201d<\/p>\n

Obama, who infamously expressed being proud of the United States for \u201cthe first time in [her] adult life\u201d while on the campaign trail with then-Illinois Sen. Barack Obama (D), recently debuted the latest installment of her \u201cIMO: The Look\u201d podcast filmed over Independence Day weekend at the Essence Festival.<\/p>\n

During the conversation with Keke Palmer, the former first lady insisted that, \u00a0\u201cI was always a powerful orator,\u201d but coverage of her always focused on her style. \u201cIt wouldn\u2019t matter what I said \u2026 the article would start with what I had on.\u201d<\/p>\n

The suggestion set Kelly off as she began,\u00a0\u201cOh my God, she is dripping in narcissism \u2014 dripping in it. Would you at least feign some humility? I\u2019m embarrassed for you.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cYou\u2019re actually not that great. You\u2019re fine. But you seem very scripted and artificial to me, if I\u2019m honest,\u201d continued the commentator. \u201cYou don\u2019t speak from the heart. You didn\u2019t move me at all at the Democratic National Convention. You felt a little recycled and tired, if I\u2019m being honest.\u201d<\/p>\n

Attempting a reality check, the host of \u201cThe Megyn Kelly Show\u201d went on,\u00a0\u201cLet me tell you something, Michelle. The reason they wrote about your fashion is because, yes, you\u2019re a woman. It wasn\u2019t to diminish you. They do it to every female politician, and it\u2019s not to diminish them. It\u2019s because it\u2019s interesting. It\u2019s part of your look. It\u2019s part of your messaging. They would do it to men too, if men dressed differently from one another. But they don\u2019t.\u201d<\/p>\n

Adding an exclamation point to her view, Kelly slammed,\u00a0\u201cSo f*ck off with this grievance nonsense. You\u2019re not aggrieved. It\u2019s not \u2014 it doesn\u2019t make anybody a misogynist.\u201d<\/p>\n

The latest rant against Obama, which further called out corporate media for perpetually fawning on her before, during and after the White House, comes months after the release of Obama\u2019s book \u201cThe Look\u201d \u2014 that focused on her style \u2014 found her claiming society doesn\u2019t \u201callow black women to just walk around with their natural hair.\u201d<\/p>\n

To that, Kelly had reacted<\/a>, \u201cShe acts like she was persecuted after being the first lady of the United States,\u201d while pointing out, \u201cvirtually every woman I know spends a sh*t ton of time on her hair and wants it to look better than God made it. It\u2019s not a black thing, it\u2019s a human thing and especially a woman thing, but she\u2019s always reducing everything to race.\u201d<\/p>\n
