\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The central question is whether these exporters are complying with China\u2019s Export Control Law and the 2024 regulations governing dual-use items. The potential national security risk is clear: low-cost drone systems could be acquired by criminal groups, terrorist networks, or other non-state threat actors with limited technical or financial barriers.<\/p>\n

A possible early warning came from Mexico, where authorities recovered a fiber-optic drone<\/a>. The discovery suggests that technologies refined on modern battlefields, such as in Ukraine, may already be migrating toward the US homeland and other allied countries.<\/p>\n
