Pahira Jr. The driver has been charged with homicide by vehicle, involuntary manslaughter, reckless driving and six other charges.<\/p>\n<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/us\/illegal-immigrant-truckers-accused-mowing-down-americans-ignite-fury-loopholes-unleashing-deadly-roads\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fox News Digital<\/a> report revealed that Bon came into the United States in July 2024, under the Biden-era humanitarian parole program. \u201cThe\u00a0Department of Homeland Security (DHS) terminated his parole and ordered him removed in June 2025 after denying his application for Temporary Protected Status, but he remained in the country,\u201d the outlet noted.<\/p>\n<p>But it gets worse. While in Massachusetts, Bon was granted \u201ca non-domiciled commercial driver\u2019s license\u201d which unfortunately was renewed before President Donald Trump\u2019s administration banned issuing and renewing the licenses of ineligible drivers.<\/p>\n<p>However, Bon is just the latest in a long line of immigrant truckers who have claimed the lives of innocent drivers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn July 2025, investigators alleged Harjinder Singh attempted an illegal U-turn on Florida\u2019s Turnpike, triggering a fatal crash that killed three people. Florida authorities later charged Singh with three counts of vehicular homicide, and the case became a catalyst for several Trump administration trucking policy changes,\u201d the Fox News reported.<\/p>\n<p data-layout-index=\"5\">\u201cIn December 2025, investigators alleged truck driver Kamalpreet Singh rear-ended a stopped vehicle in Washington, crushing it between two trucks and killing 29-year-old Robert B. Pearson,\u201d the article continued. \u201cSingh, an Indian national, crossed into the U.S. illegally in December 2023 before Border Patrol agents apprehended and released him into the country, an ICE source told Fox News Digital.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-layout-index=\"5\">\u201cIn February 2026, Indiana authorities charged Singh Sukhdeep after investigators accused him of running a red light and killing 64-year-old Terry Schultz. Federal law enforcement sources told Fox News Digital at the time that Sukhdeep, an Indian national, was in the country illegally and had received an Indiana commercial driver\u2019s license in May 2025,\u201d the report notes. \u201cAlso that month, Bekzhan Beishekeev, a Kyrgyzstani national, was taken into ICE custody after investigators alleged his semi-truck crossed the center line in Jay County, Indiana, and collided head-on with a passenger van, killing four people, including members of an Amish community.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-layout-index=\"5\">Despite attempts by the Trump administration to keep American roads safe, the effects of previous administrations continue to impact the lives of people who deserve it the least.<\/p>\n<p data-layout-index=\"5\">\u201cThe latest fatal crash unfolded Sunday, July 5, in Ohio, where authorities arrested Bekhzod Asrarov, a 42-year-old Uzbek national, after investigators alleged his semi-truck rear-ended a vehicle in Madison County, killing 21-year-old UMass Lowell soccer player Tobias \u2018Toby\u2019 Forsythe,\u201d Fox wrote.<\/p>\n<p data-layout-index=\"5\">X users reacted:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-conversation=\"none\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">We ALL want to know WHY?
