Last month, during Fort Worth\u2019s Trinity Pride Fest, Officer Sarah Stogner was seen on video confronting sidewalk preachers Rich Penkoski and David Grisham, threatening to arrest them over \u201coffensive\u201d speech.<\/p>\n

The men were on a public sidewalk using a bullhorn to share Bible verses when the officer told them that \u201coffensive words\u201d could result in disorderly conduct tickets.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf someone is offended by your talking, then we have a problem,\u201d Stogner told the men.<\/p>\n

When one of them asked her to clarify that she was going to issue a ticket for \u201coffensive\u2019 speech, the officer replied, \u201cYes, I am.\u201d<\/p>\n

Grisham was cited for unreasonable noise, with police seizing the bullhorn they were using.<\/p>\n

Fort Worth police spokesman Buddy Calzada said after a review of the incident that the officer \u201cmade certain statements that were not accurate,\u201d according to the Christian Post.<\/p>\n

The department maintained that the ticket was issued because the use of a bullhorn violated the city\u2019s noise ordinance, but said officers and new trainees will be provided \u201crefresher training\u201d on First Amendment protections.<\/p>\n

Sadly, there\u2019s more video of Officer Stogner allegedly \u201cdiscriminating against Christians and infringing on 1st Amendment rights\u201d by running interference for the LGBTQ community. In the video below, she is telling a man that he cannot attend a public event because \u201cyou are not here to support gay pride.\u201d<\/p>\n

PATTERN OF DISCRIMINATION<\/p>\n

The SAME female Fort Worth cop who recently threatened to ticket Christian preachers for \u201coffensive\u201d speech stopped other Christians from attending a Pride event in 2025<\/p>\n

She also threatened potential arrests for using \u201coffensive\u201d speech.<\/p>\n
