If you don\u2019t like my opinion, cool, but you\u2019re not going to change it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCall me short, post records from 20 years ago, threaten the health dept, use homophobic slurs. That only proves my point and shows the true character of our military. Thanks for showing your true colors,\u201d it continued.<\/p>\n<p>The end of the post included a warning for those who \u201care ex-military or currently serving\u201d to not \u201ccome to the shop.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou will be turned away,\u201d the post read.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">I am beyond disgusted to see the discriminatory treatment of our law-enforcement and first responders from a tattoo shop in Largo. Great folks we have in the military for sure <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/17.0.2\/72x72\/1f44d.png\" alt=\"\ud83d\udc4d\" class=\"wp-smiley\" \/> Good job guys <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/17.0.2\/72x72\/1f602.png\" alt=\"\ud83d\ude02\" class=\"wp-smiley\" \/>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKeep showing up and let everyone know. It\u2019s not yet clear if Martinson was the one behind the nasty Facebook posts.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-conversation=\"none\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Owner is Brady Martinson. Make him famous. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/OokavXP5E4\">pic.twitter.com\/OokavXP5E4<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Erikaaa (@ErikaCA47) <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/ErikaCA47\/status\/2070013199177441398?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">June 25, 2026<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Critics replied to the shop\u2019s post by trying to teach the poster a lesson in maturity.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis kind of thinking is disappointing and immature,\u201d one critic explained. \u201cJudging an entire group by the actions of a few is the same type of prejudice I\u2019m sure you claim to oppose. (IE: Against a race, the lgbtq community, etc\u2026) There are good and bad people in every profession and every walk of life.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve served alongside people of every background imaginable and some of the most selfless, compassionate individuals I\u2019ve met wear a uniform. Reducing millions of military members and law enforcement officers to the worst examples among them isn\u2019t being \u2018woke\u2019 or smart \u2014 it\u2019s just bias,\u201d they added.<\/p>\n<p>One of the shop\u2019s own artists, an Air Force veteran named Ashlyn, reportedly quit because of the parlor\u2019s disgusting post:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">The Revival Tattoo Collective plot thickens. Tattoo artist Ashlyn, who is an Air Force veteran, made a post on her TikTok stating she no longer works at Revival.<br \/>\nGiven the owner\u2019s stance on veterans, I wouldn\u2019t want to work there either. Take your business to her instead. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/M2Yfs0ddrl\">pic.twitter.com\/M2Yfs0ddrl<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Dizzy Bee (@DizzyBee43) <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/DizzyBee43\/status\/2070308332464681222?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">June 26, 2026<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The shop is now getting destroyed in its reviews, be they Facebook reviews, Google reviews, Yelp reviews, etc. The top review on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yelp.com\/biz\/revival-tattoo-collective-largo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Yelp<\/a> was published on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI went to get a tattoo from this place recently, and the line work and shading were so bad that I requested a discount for a permanent, subpar job, and they told me to \u2018go **** myself,&#8217;\u201d the review reads. \u201cI\u2019ve gotten plenty of tattoos in the past, and I\u2019ve never experienced such a hostile work environment, especially when I was being polite about the whole thing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOn top of that, this place thinks that the people who defend our country are a bunch of baby killers, according to a public post they made recently that triggered my poor experience at this shop.
