If California Gov. Gavin Newsom has made anything clear thus far, it\u2019s that he will say pretty much anything to advance his presidential aspirations.<\/p>\n

But his latest remarks about the left not having the same friendly media ecosystem that President Donald Trump and the right do really takes the cake.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t see that on MSNBC\u2026I sure as hell don\u2019t see it on CNN. I don\u2019t see it anywhere,\u201d Newson claimed, adding, \u201cHow do you compete with that?\u201d<\/p>\n

\n

Gavin Newsom claims that Democrats don\u2019t have the same kind of friendly media ecosystem that Trump and conservatives do.<\/p>\n

Manhattan Institute senior fellow Chris Rufo, who was named by Newson, responded on X, \u201cOur reporting is really starting to expose Gavin Newsom. Now he\u2019s listing his enemies in the press and referring to me as \u2018this guy, Chris Rufo, one of the greats.’\u201d<\/p>\n

In fact, the recent media debacle over the Reflecting Pool shows that the media as a whole is fully committed to denigrating Trump at every opportunity, even when it comes to his efforts to beautify the nation\u2019s capital ahead of America\u2019s celebration of 250 years.<\/p>\n
