Trial exhibits released Friday included an extended video from the scene when Karmelo Anthony fled, along with bodycam footage of his detainment moments after the murder of Austin Metcalf.<\/p>\n

Earlier this month, 19-year-old Anthony was found guilty of the murder of 17-year-old Metcalf at an April 2, 2025, Frisco, Texas school track meet and sentenced to 35 years in prison. While race-baiting Democrats had defended<\/a> the murderer, evidence from the trial showed that the then-suspect fled the scene only to be detained literally red-handed while asserting, \u201cI\u2019m not alleged sir, I did it.\u201d<\/p>\n

In addition to crime scene photographs that depicted Anthony\u2019s backpack left behind at the scene on the bleachers, along with the murder weapon, bodycam and surveillance footage were made public, highlighting the murderer running from the scene and his remarks to law enforcement.<\/p>\n

Heard clearly in the video of one of the officers, after Anthony was referred to as the alleged suspect, he insisted, \u201cI know how it goes. I\u2019m not alleged sir, I did it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Later, the tone of his voice sounded upset as he expressed, \u201cHe put his hands on me. I told him not to. He put his hands on me,\u201d while he walked to the police vehicle before going on to claim, \u201cI was just protecting myself.\u201d<\/p>\n

As journalist Nick Sortor put it, \u201cKarmelo at NO POINT showed remorse. He blamed the VICTIM, of course. Thank God he\u2019s going to rot in prison now. NO MERCY.\u201d<\/p>\n

Additional footage from the David Kuykendall Stadium showed Anthony before, during, and after the incident, with a spotlight placed on him as he fled the tent after stabbing Metcalf, running along the perimeter of the track.<\/p>\n

Along with the footage and crime scene photos that showed the knife, the fatal wound delivered to Metcalf, and the garment said to have been used by Coach Joshua Rebmann as efforts to save the boy\u2019s life were made, the 911 call was also made public, where the caller was heard explaining an army veteran was \u201ctrying to keep compression on the wound\u201d before paramedics could arrive.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s a lot of blood. He\u2019s not breathing,\u201d the caller was heard explaining, while unsure who stabbed Metcalf. The coach was said to be the voice heard saying, \u201cCome on, Austin. Fight through, Austin!\u201d while the 911 dispatcher advised on providing care for the victim in the interim.<\/p>\n

Concerning the release of the trial exhibits, Fox News national correspondent Brooke Taylor quoted Collin County District Judge John Roach as saying, \u201cI understood the public\u2019s desire to know what happened in the courtroom. The overwhelming focus on my ruling regarding the media in courtroom was to protect the process, witnesses, and jury. Now that the trial is over, it is important to me to provide transparency.\u201d<\/p>\n
