While speaking at the G7 summit in France on Tuesday, Trump chided the nation for \u201ctoo many people\u201d being killed in their fight against Hezbollah.<\/p>\n

\u201cI suggested to Israel to let Syria take care of Hezbollah, because to be honest with you, I think they\u2019d do a better job of doing it,\u201d he admitted. \u201c[I] didn\u2019t like where, two hours before we\u2019re signing the agreement, that there was an attack in Lebanon, in Beirut. It wasn\u2019t like in the southern side, it was in Beirut! I didn\u2019t like that, I let them know that.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIf Israel can\u2019t do the job without killing everyone else, he\u2019ll do the job. Syria will do the job,\u201d the president concluded.<\/p>\n
