As America approaches its 250th birthday, Europeans experiencing these majestic lands for the first time are being blown away.<\/p>\n

Celebrations in Mexico City erupted as the 2026 World Cup tour got underway on Thursday. The entire tournament will span three countries in 16 host cities, with three in Mexico, 11 cities in the US, and two in Canada.<\/p>\n

With 48 teams, it is the biggest World Cup ever, and European \u201cfootball\u201d fans and players are flocking to the U.S., where the bulk of games will take place. Simultaneously, something else is taking place\u2026 foreigners realizing they\u2019ve been suckered by America-bashing media, and absolutely loving this country and her people for feeling like coming \u201chome.\u201d<\/p>\n

From big trucks, savory eats, heart-warming hospitality, oppressive heat, \u201cmuseum-like\u201d Walmart, shooting ranges, and \u201cendless free\u201d refills at soda fountains, Europeans are sharing their fascination and surprise along their journeys.<\/p>\n
