Former First Lady Michele Obama said she understands why some of her husband\u2019s former supporters became Trump supporters, though she couldn\u2019t resist taking shots at those same supporters.<\/p>\n

Appearing this week on the \u201cTalk Easy\u201d podcast, Obama admitted that she was \u201cdeeply disappointed\u201d when President Donald Trump won in 2016 but acknowledged that the public had wanted someone \u201cdifferent\u201d because the system hadn\u2019t been working in their favor.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen you don\u2019t have a chance and you\u2019re doing everything you\u2019re supposed to do \u2014 and that\u2019s happening for people of all races, and all colors, in all parts of this country, and cities, and rural counties, and on farms, and people who are like my dad \u2014 that makes you angry, and it makes you susceptible to find someone to blame other than the people who are rightfully a part of the problem<\/strong>,\u201d Obama said.<\/p>\n

So, in other words, people who got shafted during the Obama administration were later bamboozled into voting for Republicans, whom the former first lady genuinely believes are the true culprits.<\/p>\n

Never mind that it\u2019s generally Democratic policies that make life harder for Americans.<\/p>\n

Coat of living, taxes, homelessness, crime, inflation are all higer in democrat states<\/p>\n

\u201cI can\u2019t look some people in the face and tell them, you have no right to be angry or to do something that maybe is against your own interest,\u201d Obama continued, suggesting that Trump supporters are too stupid to know what\u2019s best for them.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s human nature. Many of the people who voted for my husband twice \u2014 twice \u2014 and I know that that\u2019s how they feel. It\u2019s like, this isn\u2019t about anything other than, we need we need something different. So, you can\u2019t just pigeonhole them and say, you just don\u2019t care and you\u2019re racist, or whatever you\u2019re thinking,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n

Obama concluded her remarks with another subtle shot, saying that America needs more leaders focused on the middle class because \u201cthose folks are drowning\u201d and their inability to rise from their troubling circumstances \u201cmakes for bad choices<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n

The alleged \u201cbad choice\u201d was, of course, voting for Trump, the big, bad Republican meanie whom Obama despises.<\/p>\n

Obama\u2019s remarks did not sit well with Trump supporters, many of whom saw right through her phony compassionate shtick.<\/p>\n

Every few weeks, the Obamas emerge from one of the several mansions they own to tell the American people how disappointed they are that we didn\u2019t vote the way they wanted us to.<\/p>\n
