Global interloper Barack Obama is at it again as he met with Canada\u2019s Prime Minister Mark Carney during his visit to give a speech at a think tank in Toronto.<\/p>\n

The former president was in town to deliver<\/a> the keynote address at Canada 2020\u2019s 20th Anniversary Gala at the Fairmont Royal York, a swanky hotel where he was swooned over by the influential attendees.<\/p>\n

Obama was warmly greeted by the Canadian leader, who hailed his visit and posted a video of him shaking hands with the meddling Democrat to social media on Friday.<\/p>\n

Obama officially visited the northern neighbor three times during his tenure in the White House. He met with then-PM Stephen Harper in Ottawa in 2009 and attended the G8 and G20 summits and the North American Leaders\u2019 Summit, according<\/a> to the CBC.<\/p>\n

The hookup with the leftist Canadian leader and Obama\u2019s reputation as a meddler had some suggesting that he is undermining President Donald J. Trump in violation of the Logan Act, a federal law prohibiting U.S. citizens from negotiating with foreign governments in disputes with the United States.<\/p>\n
