Disney cruise passengers were shocked when Border Patrol agents descended on the docked ship to arrest multiple workers.<\/p>\n

The arrests went down in San Diego last month as passengers were departing and witnessed several workers being cuffed, The New York Post reported.<\/p>\n

The crewmembers were reportedly arrested for allegedly distributing child porn. Trending Politics co-owner Collin Rugg reported that CBP arrested \u201c28 workers on 5 different vessels, 26 from the Philippines, 1 from Portugal, and 1 from Indonesia, were arrested for either the \u2018receipt, possession, transportation, distribution, or viewing of CSEM or child p*rnography.’\u201d (NYP)<\/p>\n

Union del Barrio, a local immigration advocacy group, denounced the arrests.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is our responsibility as a society, as working people, to really denounce these actions by Customs and Border Protection, by and [ICE], and the prolonged detention of migrant workers, whether it be here in our own community as well as those that work on ships,\u201d the group said, according to Rugg.<\/p>\n

Disney responded with its own statement, although not all the employees arrested worked for Disney.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have a zero-tolerance policy for this type of behavior and fully cooperated with law enforcement.\u201d<\/p>\n
