Comedian Dave Chappelle\u2019s descent into \u201cwoke\u201d madness continued apace this week with an interview with former First Lady Michelle Obama.<\/p>\n

Chappelle, who in recent years has mocked<\/a> assassinated Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk\u2019s death and sided with Hamas<\/a>, doubled down on his new \u201cwoke\u201d outlook while on Obama\u2019s \u201cIMO\u201d podcast.<\/p>\n

Speaking with both Obama and her brother, Craig Robinson, for an episode of the podcast released on Wednesday, he acted like Americans are living in the end times or some such thing.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s never really been quite like this before, where everyone feels like we\u2019re on the precipice of some amazing change, and every day the news cycle is more appalling than the last day, and this doesn\u2019t seem like it\u2019s ever going to end,\u201d he began without citing any examples.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd every week I learn some new word like Strait of Hormuz or blah blah blah, and it\u2019s such an avalanche that it is fun, even for me now, to watch comedians contextualize this stuff,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

In fairness to Chappelle, gas prices are through the roof now amid the war in Iran, though the Trump administration has promised a massive reduction in oil\/gas prices once the war finally concludes.<\/p>\n

Continuing his remarks, the comedian noted how he\u2019s no longer in deep trouble for his prior \u201ctrans\u201d jokes \u2014 probably because he\u2019s spent so much time since sucking up to the \u201cwoke\u201d left \u2014 and is cheerfully looking forward to his own comedy club launching.<\/p>\n

\u201cSomeone asked me about my transgender jokes. They said, you know, you\u2019re getting a lot of trouble for those transgender jokes, and I go, ah, the good old days,\u201d Chappelle recalled. \u201cSo much has happened so quickly, but okay, I\u2019m hopeful.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAs a matter of practice, this building opening up and being completed, it makes me hopeful. Having my own comedy club, finally, after all these years, that makes me hopeful. You guys being here with us, it\u2019s like a dream come true. It makes me hopeful,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

Chappelle also spoke about his \u201cfamily\u201d and \u201ccommunity\u201d coming together in hard times.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy community coming together in tough times, you know, our family, we had tremendous losses recently,\u201d he said. \u201cPeople in our family passed away, and the community, you know, picked us up. That made me hopeful.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe little things mean so much more now, and I would want to remind anybody that\u2019s listening to this show, man, that smile that you must have when it hurts to smile, this is priceless right now,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

The multimillionaire comedian concluded by claiming life is so \u201cinsufferable\u201d right now.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnything you can do to let each other know you\u2019re safe or that you\u2019re okay, it means everything right now, because otherwise, this is intolerable,\u201d he alleged. \u201cIt\u2019s insufferable, what\u2019s happening right now.\u201d<\/p>\n

All this comes not long after Chappelle recently attacked conservatives for committing the supposed crime of laughing at his trans jokes.<\/p>\n

\u201cI did resent that the Republican Party ran on transgender jokes,\u201d he told NPR last month. \u201cYou know, I felt like they were doing a weaponized version of what I was doing. It\u2019s not what I was doing.\u201d<\/p>\n
