Way-too-online Democrats have become increasingly convinced that something is wrong, health-wise, with Sen. Susan Collins, 73.<\/p>\n

The irony is that the Democrats\u2019 sentiment toward Collins perfectly mirrors the sentiment Republicans had for then-Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Clinton during the 2016 presidential election.<\/p>\n

Republicans at the time accused Clinton of shaking uncontrollably and making weird head movements in her interviews and statements.<\/p>\n

Democrats are now saying the same about Collins after she allegedly shook uncontrollably during a Fox News interview this week:<\/p>\n

\u201cThis lady is quite literally vibrating,\u201d one venomously anti-Trump social media user wrote<\/a> in response to the clip above.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat\u2019s going on with the shaking?\u201d another social media user commented<\/a>. \u201cShe seems too old and possibly unwell to run again. Why do US politicians refuse to retire? Too much profit in their corruption?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cShe would be 80 at the end of her term if she wins reelection,\u201d a third commenter noted<\/a>. \u201cWhy is that not in itself disqualifying!? Why aren\u2019t we asking simple questions like are 80 year olds who we want making decisions on a future they will not have to live in?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cShe is shaking while she is talking,\u201d Zaid Jilani, a left-leaning reporter and commentator, wrote<\/a>. \u201cWhy do people this aged try to hold onto power? Just go home and relax, geeze.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to Democrats and allies, Collins can also be seen shaking uncontrollably in the following ad she recently released:<\/p>\n

Note how Ken Klippenstein, a popular leftist commentator, accused her of \u201cvibrating like an electric toothbrush.\u201d<\/p>\n

In fairness to him, her hands did seem to be shaking uncontrollably in the advertisement.<\/p>\n

\u201cAt 73 it is time for you to retire and go back home you old witch,\u201d one critic, a Tom Massie fan, opined<\/a> on social media. \u201cIf Congress is just going to be a nursing home I want my money back. I can\u2019t afford your senior care, I have to save for my own.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cDoes she have a spouse, child, grandchild, friend, anyone that will sit her down and say your time taking a salary from taxpayers is over?\u201d another social media user wrote<\/a>. \u201cYou can find another way to give back to your community but this ain\u2019t it grandma.\u201d<\/p>\n

Why do you suppose Democrats are desperately clutching at straws here in a bid to undermine Collins? Probably because they know that their own leading candidate, Graham Platner, is a hot mess.<\/p>\n

Only way this could be more embarrassing for her would be if she had any symbols used by the SS-Totenkopfverb\u00e4nde or the 3rd SS Panzer Division tattooed about her person somewhere<\/p>\n

As hinted at above by a sarcastic social media user, at least Collins isn\u2019t a Nazi. The same can\u2019t necessarily be said about Platner, who used to have a large Nazi symbol \u2013 an SS Totenkopf \u2014 tattooed on his chest, though it\u2019s since been covered up.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s such a bad look that Rep. Debbie Dingell, a top Democrat from Michigan, declined on Saturday to say whether she\u2019ll support Platner\u2019s candidacy after a CNN host pressed her about his Nazi tattoo and his past behavior.<\/p>\n

\u201cGraham Platner \u2026 had to apologize for a tattoo that resembles a Nazi symbol, and for comments he made criticizing rape victims,\u201d a CNN host said to her. \u201cIn Reddit posts uncovered by CNN\u2019s K-File, he called himself a communist and called cops, quote, \u2018bastards.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s disavowed those posts. He said they came from a time when he felt disillusioned and angry. But I\u2019m curious if you think that he is an appropriate person to represent the Democratic Party,\u201d the host added.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo, first of all, I\u2019m going to say I was very upset as a woman who has dealt with domestic violence, grew up in a home, and other sexual violence, very upset by what his previous comments were,\u201d Dingell replied before performing a 180 in Platner\u2019s defense.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am not on the ground in Maine. I think that people need to \u2014 people are angry. People are upset. People want change in this country. And if you don\u2019t see people standing up to the president, then you see some of the results of what happened in Maine,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

But I am very concerned about making sure that we keep the Michigan Senate seat a Democratic seat in November and that we pull people together after what\u2019s becoming a very raucous primary.\u201d<\/p>\n
