{"id":595678,"date":"2026-05-03T21:30:00","date_gmt":"2026-05-03T21:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/buglecall.org\/?p=595678"},"modified":"2026-05-03T21:30:00","modified_gmt":"2026-05-03T21:30:00","slug":"democrats-melt-down-after-supreme-court-restricts-race-based-gerrymandering-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/buglecall.org\/?p=595678","title":{"rendered":"Democrats Melt Down After Supreme Court Restricts Race Based Gerrymandering"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"field field--name-title field--type-string field--label-hidden\">Democrats Melt Down After Supreme Court Restricts Race Based Gerrymandering <\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"clearfix text-formatted field field--name-body field--type-text-with-summary field--label-hidden field__item\">\n<p><strong>The response from Democrats<\/strong> to the Supreme Court&#8217;s decision to strike down race-based gerrymandering has been predictable &#8211; running high in emotion and devoid of objectivity.\u00a0 The Democrat Party has understood for a long time that much of their power comes from inserting themselves as the spokespeople for the supposed &#8220;have-nots&#8221;.\u00a0 <strong>Racial hysteria being a key weapon in their arsenal to push the ongoing socialization of America.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Its the reason why left-wing NGO&#8217;s have been dumping millions of dollars into the very &#8220;hate groups&#8221; they claim to be fighting against.\u00a0 Leftists need racism as a bogeyman; they have no power without it.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>It makes sense that Democrats are clinging to Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act (VRA), which\u00a0prohibits voting practices (including redistricting maps) that result in denial or abridgment of the right to vote on account of race.\u00a0 The assumption being that minorities (specifically black Americans) require rigged districts where they are the majority in order to maintain power in government.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a data-image-external-href=\"\" data-image-href=\"\/s3\/files\/inline-images\/SCruling1.jpg?itok=w_jzBqn8\" data-link-option=\"0\" href=\"https:\/\/cms.zerohedge.com\/s3\/files\/inline-images\/SCruling1.jpg?itok=w_jzBqn8\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" data-entity-type=\"file\" data-entity-uuid=\"e2d4b610-d185-4430-9223-3b51d422d1a3\" data-responsive-image-style=\"inline_images\" height=\"281\" width=\"500\" class=\"inline-images image-style-inline-images\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.zerohedge.com\/s3fs-public\/styles\/inline_image_mobile\/public\/inline-images\/SCruling1.jpg?itok=w_jzBqn8\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This obviously benefits Democrats, with around 83% of blacks voting blue in recent elections.\u00a0 Predominantly black districts in states across the US have acted as assured seats in the House for Dems since 1965.\u00a0 In 1982, Congress strengthened Section 2 by amending it to clarify that plaintiffs only need to prove that a voting practice has a discriminatory result (effect), not just the intent.<\/p>\n<p>Republicans sided with Democrats in a grand virtue signal, but the results of the strengthened VRA have harmed conservatives ever since.\u00a0\u00a0The Supreme Court&#8217;s recent 6-3 decision\u00a0in Louisiana v. Callais ends this 45-year-long mistake, at least, for the most part.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\" xml:lang=\"en\">This is what it looks like to stand up when democracy is on the line! Get it? <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/lxcfH3jg0H\">pic.twitter.com\/lxcfH3jg0H<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Kyle Becker (@kylenabecker) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/kylenabecker\/status\/2049602179304993263?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">April 29, 2026<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>This is, of course, a fallacy.\u00a0 No black citizen is losing their right to vote.\u00a0 In fact, the Supreme Court ruling confirms that black voters and white voters are equal and that rigged districts based on race are not necessary.\u00a0 Raging over the proposition of losing political power, Democrats are now calling for &#8220;packing the courts&#8221; as a means to dilute the Supreme Court and assert total control over districts and elections (a typical appeal to lawfare).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Hakeem Jeffries called the Supreme Court a disgrace and said &#8220;everything is on the table&#8221; to undermine their decision.\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\" xml:lang=\"en\">WEAPONIZATION: Democrats, dissatisfied with Supreme Court rulings, have decided they will simply keep adding judges until they find a court that will rule in their favor.
