I don’t think so, but I- it’s kind of a toss-up. I’m not really sure,” she responded.

“Okay, last thing then. What do you think we’re going to have first? I don’t really buy into the skepticism. A man has lost almost every presidential election as well so when it comes to women, I think it’s more about what we’re actually fighting for as opposed to the body that we’re in. And so I think it’s about not taking big money, fixing campaign finance reform, and trying to fight for people and raise wages and help people make a living,” she said. “If we have someone who fights for the right things and speaks to the right people then maybe we can overcome the gender gap and that, and be able to make history. But I think it’s really important that we’re able to talk in a way that really speaks to people’s hearts.”

One user pointed out that if this were the case, then it would mean “we could have already had a female president as well,” which would really take the wind out of the left’s gender politics sails.

Well then this means we could have already had a female president as well!

— molly supreme (@ledgerist_) April 30, 2026

Others had their own answers for her “first gay president” theory:

Buchanan was g@y.
