On Monday, the agency released a list of 15 of the \u201cworst\u201d arrestees from the weekend\u2019s enforcement sweep, as well as the crimes of which they have been convicted.<\/p>\n<p>First up is Ruowei Liu from China, an alleged prostitute who utilized a home in Virginia Beach, Virginia for such services. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) says she was convicted of prostitution and keeping a bawdy house.<\/p>\n<figure aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-375249\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-375249 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/americanwirenews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/ruowei-liu-china.jpg\" aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-375251\" href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/us\/ice-says-arrested-pedophiles-sexual-deviants-kidnappers-weekend-latest-enforcement-sweep\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">authorities say<\/a> has been convicted in Laredo, Texas, of \u201cbreaking into a home, assaulting a family or household member by blocking their breathing or blood flow, and using a deadly weapon during an aggravated assault.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-375252\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full
