Republican Rep. Tim Burchett has been preparing Americans for years about the possibility of UFOs and alien lifeforms in proximity to planet Earth.<\/p>\n

This week, the Tennessee conservative doubled down, making bolder claims about confidential information he\u2019s been privy to despite a rash of mysterious deaths<\/a> of top scientists and researchers tied to space, energy, and UAP phenomena.<\/p>\n

When asked on \u201cPiers Morgan Uncensored\u201d if he believed in aliens, Burchett did not mince words.<\/p>\n

\u201cYes, sir, I do,\u201d he replied before speaking of possible alien interpretations in the Bible.<\/p>\n

\u201cGenesis one, chapter one, \u2018God created the heavens and the earth.\u2019 You look at the Book of Ezekiel, Ezekiel saw the wheel, and it described a wheel within a wheel with some sort of landing craft,\u201d Burchett explained.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019ve seen too much. I\u2019ve seen too much,\u201d Burchett continued. \u201cNot myself personally, but when I\u2019ve been briefed by government officials, video, pictures. Some of the best-trained pilots in the world have described having close collisions with some sort of aircraft or apparatus, and so I think it\u2019s time that they come clean.\u201d<\/p>\n

Morgan pressed Burchett on \u201cproof\u201d and asked if he\u2019s personally seen it.<\/p>\n

\u201cHave I seen a craft or anything fly over me that was unidentifiable? No, sir, I have not personally,\u201d Burchett said. \u201cI have to question why a pilot, some of the best in the world, would risk their reputations coming forth and telling me this stuff.\u201d<\/p>\n

Burchett said he doesn\u2019t hold much hope that the federal government will come clean with the information they are allegedly holding from the American people.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t know if it\u2019s about little green men or flying saucers, Mr. Morgan, but I do think it\u2019s about disclosure, it\u2019s about transparency, and as a member of the media, you should be all for that regardless. I just want to know what we\u2019re spending tens of millions of dollars on.\u201d<\/p>\n

During another interview this week on NewsNation\u2019s \u201cElizabeth Vargas Reports,\u201d Burchett reiterated his belief and explained why the objects being seen can\u2019t be man-made.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve seen pictures and video of things that defy any reason that we have, and everybody says, \u2018Well, it\u2019s our stuff, it\u2019s the Russians, it\u2019s the Chinese.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIf it\u2019s the Chinese, ma\u2019am, they would own us. If it was the Russians, they wouldn\u2019t be bogged down in Ukraine,\u201d Burchett said.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf it was ours, we would never risk our military fighting men and women in half-a-billion-dollar aircraft out with these things that they\u2019re spotting,\u201d he continued.<\/p>\n

\u201cThese things can hover for hours on end, then they can just shoot straight up, they can do angles.\u201d<\/p>\n

Burchett urged for transparency and said that the American people \u201ccan handle it.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAt some point, just put it out there and let people decide.\u201d<\/p>\n

The National UFO Reporting Center (NUFORC) has seen a \u201cnotable uptick in UFO\/UAP sightings in 2025\u201d that is continuing into 2026, according to Grok. Increased awareness and reduced stigma might be factors in the sizable rise of UFO reports, Grok noted.<\/p>\n

President Trump has long promised disclosure on the subject and promised \u201cfirst releases\u201d of information are coming \u201cvery, very soon.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWe found many very interesting documents, I must say,\u201d Trump said April 17 at a Turning Point USA event. \u201cSo, you can go out and see if that phenomenon is correct.\u201d<\/p>\n
