The container ship Francesca, owned by Mediterranean Shipping, was targeted while waiting to enter.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;An Iranian gunboat\u00a0fired on a containership\u00a0northeast of Oman, before\u00a0a second vessel\u00a0reported being fired at off the coast of Iran,&#8221; according to WSJ. &#8220;Then the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps\u00a0fired on a third ship. In total, three ships were targeted this morning by IRGC naval forces, and two were seized.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The IRGC Navy seized <strong>two violating vessels<\/strong> and transferred them to Iran&#8217;s coast.
